ITAR/EAR/FOUO Restrictions

Sales outside of the US Government of certain Arkham Technology products may be restricted.

Trade licenses would be required for the export of the devices outside US boundaries under US trade law.  For certain products, Arkham Technology will require proof of freedom from foreign control and influence.  An example of proof of US interest might be a CAGE code for a cleared US contractor which can be validated. 

Similarly, certain Arkham Technology products may be considered For Official Use Only (FOUO) and will require proof of need-to-know.  An example of proof of need-to-know might be a copy of a contractor’s approved DD-254 allowing COMSEC access. 

We apologize for any inconvenience, but sales of certain products may not be concluded until export status and need to know have been determined.  Arkham Technology will hold-off charging credit card orders on sensitive products until a determination has been made.  Some products may later be determined to not fall under ITAR/EAR/FOUO controls, but at this point we are handling their sales as if they were controlled.

To expedite orders please include detailed contact information when ordering, and don’t hesitate to contact us prior to your order so that arrangements can be made in advance to prove the products will not be exported as defined by ITAR/EAR as well as to determine need-to-know if applicable.
